Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
Once you’ve filled your shopping cart with all the treasures you found, you can proceed to the checkout by tapping the Cart tab. From here, you willsee a list of the items in your pending order, along with a breakdown of the total cost. This is also the time where you’ll be able to apply any promo codes and see credits deducted from your order total.

Do I have to pay tax?
Items sold in Australia, including online, attract 10% GST. Prices quoted include GST.

How long do items remain in my shopping cart?
The Second Hand Sisters typically only stock one item of a specific type, brand and size. We strive to give all our customers an equal chance to buy amazing items at great prices.
One hour after abandoning your shopping cart (we know sometimes you can be interrupted and forget to go back to your shopping), we will email you to remind you to buy the items in your shopping cart. This is so other shoppers can have the opportunity to add these items into their shopping carts.

Can I cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, which means we may not be able to cancel your order before it is labeled and shipped. A Customer Service agent can assist with any requests to cancel an order before you receive your shipping confirmation. If a cancellation is not possible, you may be able to take advantage of our easy returns process.
